Role Description
As a Senior Sales Engineer, the primary responsibility is driving sales and contributing to overall business growth by establishing and maintaining robust client relationships. The role involves promoting our Power Quality (HT/LT Capacitors Bank-Automatic/Fixed, AHS SVG, STATCOM) products, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base within the Capacitor manufacturing sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, considering market and competitor activities.
    Possess a deep understanding of Power Quality and its applications, providing technical support and guidance to customers for customized solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and promptly addressing any concerns.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Power Quality technology and industry standards, explaining the features and benefits of our products to potential clients.
  • Conduct presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of our collaboration with the technical and pricing teams.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals in collaboration with the technical and pricing teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and contribute to forecasting.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical Power Quality Audit/Harmonic Analysis.
  • Experience in international sales and exports is a plus.
