At Ceat Nasik plant we introduce Clariant in the year 2010 for APFC systems, after that day in n day out unity power factor maintained and got 100% power factor benefit also the harmonics in plant came within limit which gave lot many benefits like Capacity utilisation, Elimination of electronics failure, breakdown reduction, productivity improvement. In 2019 Clariant also studied our system and took necessary steps to take care of KVAH billing, and saw the results after April 2020 new tariff revision, The system is maintains the power factor close to 0.998 hence the gap of KWh & KVAH is very little , this is giving benefit in electricity billing, The service of Clariant is also excellent, all in all very happy with Clariant products and services.
